Our story
From one shop in Sharjah to a multi-country group
Missan started in 2003 as a computer business in Sharjah with a simple promise: technology that just works, delivered by people who care. Twenty-three years later, that promise has carried us further than any plan could have.
Today the group is 100% founder-owned, spans technology and hospitality, operates from Sharjah, Dubai, Chennai and Fergana, and serves clients from family businesses to enterprises — plus thousands of coffee drinkers a week.
And we run our own companies on what we sell. Our restaurants run on our POS and cloud stack. Our back office is operated by an in-house AI employee fleet — the same future we bring to our clients, proven on ourselves first.
2003Missan Computer opens in Sharjah — the first shop, the first clients, the standard set.
2010sFrom computer trading to full managed services: IT, cloud, security and infrastructure for businesses across the UAE. Chennai back office opens in India.
2013 & 2018The group enters hospitality — Cha Cha Chai brings real karak to Dubai; ROAST Specialty Coffee follows in 2018.
2020sPartnerships deepen: Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, Sangfor Gold (ME), and Exclusive Middle East Partner for Germany's windream ECM.
2025Missan Global LLC launches in Uzbekistan's IT Park, serving USA, Germany, UK and India. Named Best Enterprise IT Solution Provider of the Year.
2026The Missan Global umbrella is formalised. Two divisions, nine brands, an AI-operated back office — and a new chapter of expansion begins.
