Who we are
www.missan.group is the website of Missan Group of Companies. The personal data described on this page is controlled by MISSAN COMPUTER L.L.C.SP (trading as Missan Global), the technology company of the Missan group, based in Sharjah, UAE. It decides why and how that data is used.

What we collect
This website has no enquiry form, no accounts and no live-chat widget. We collect personal data only if you choose to contact us by email, telephone or the links on this page. We use the details you share to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation, because you asked us to contact you and because we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. A WhatsApp conversation also passes through WhatsApp, a Meta service, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. This website uses no Meta Pixel or other Meta or Facebook tracking.
Cookies and tracking
This site carries Google Analytics (GA4), the same Google Analytics property the other Missan group websites use, so visits across the group can be understood in one report. It records how visitors use the site: the pages viewed, the links followed to other Missan group websites, the device and browser, the approximate location (country or city) and how the visit started. IP addresses are anonymised.
This site runs no advertising. Advertising storage, advertising data use and ad personalisation are switched off for every visitor, and we do not use Google Ads cookies here. Analytics cookies are active by default for every visitor.

Lifetimes are Google's defaults. To opt out:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser's settings at any time, or browse in a private window. The site works normally without them.
- Install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the providers that run parts of this service for us (Microsoft Azure, which hosts this website, and Google, for the analytics described above) and with authorities where the law requires it. Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE. We use established providers that give contractual data-protection commitments.
How long we keep it
Emails and messages are kept for as long as we need them to reply to you, to deliver and support any work that follows, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and are then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete yours sooner. Analytics data is kept by Google Analytics for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, then deleted by Google.
Your rights under the UAE PDPL
We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for visitors they cover, the EU and UK GDPR. You can ask us to:
- tell you whether we hold personal data about you, and give you a copy of it with an explanation of how we use it;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data;
- restrict or stop a particular use of it, including any direct marketing;
- send your data to you, or to another organisation, in a structured, commonly used format.
To make a request, email info@missan.group with the subject "Privacy request". Say which right you want to use, and include the email address or phone number you contacted us from so we can find your records. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, and we reply within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office or, in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, to your local data-protection authority.
Security
The whole site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is for businesses and the public at large. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site uses personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
